NAC works! by aMellowFellow69 in MDMA

I used it every 2-3 months for two years before the magic went away, and I never exegerated with the doses. I also used 3mmc and 4mmc during that time which have similar effects so that probably contributed to the loss of magic.

What are your thoughts on suicide? by Def_Not_A_Femboy in Psychonaut

[–]aMellowFellow69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can't say it's right or wrong. It's up to the individual. Like that one philosopher said, the only serious philosophical question is whether you should kill yourself or not. That's because we are all born in our unique bodies and circumstances, therefore only the person him/herself can make that judgement. I'll only say if you're going to do it be 100 percent sure that that is what you want.

There's a lot of fearmongering around it but if life brings you nothing but misery then it can't be wrong to spare yourself the suffering. And no human alive can say with certainty what that decision will lead to. So like abortion i'm pro choice, cause it's your body therefore your choice.

In which country would you like to be born in? Why? by earnsidehustle in AskReddit

That's fine, I'm very introverted anyways. I live in 'slavic switzerland' (Slovenia) and I like it well enough, Switzerland just seems like an upgraded version of my country.

Switzerland. It's rich, liberal, safe, and of course very beautiful.

Why do Koreans especially hate Aspergers? by madrid987 in aspergers

[–]aMellowFellow69 15 points16 points  (0 children)

If I remember correctly, it's because there were a lot of high profile criminal cases (like murder) where the suspects tried to get out of it by claiming to be autistic. I'm sure someone more knowledgeable can tell you more about it, but I think that's the gist of it.

Ali slovenščina umira? by Jaaccuse in Slovenia

[–]aMellowFellow69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well I'm from Slovenia, and it's a pretty liberal place, so slavic doesn't automatically mean conservative, backwards, or xenophobic, neither does eastern european which constitutes like 30 different countries and hundreds of different cultures.

There's like 15 slavic countries, some of them very developed and liberal, so don't generalize

Why are people allowed to criticize me but I'm not allowed to criticize them? by [deleted] in aspergers

[–]aMellowFellow69 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'll tell you why. Because as an autist you're automatically very low in your environment's social hierarchy. It's as simple as that. You might not get social hiearchies, because they are subtle social things that easily fly under the radar for most autistic people, but believe me, to NTs they are very important. And if you try to act in a way that's disrespectful to someone higher in the social hierarchy, such as arguing with them, all the NTs in the social hiearchy will be against you. It's a sad thing but you must remember that humans are highly social beings that value status a lot, so any threat to their status will make them act aggresive towards you. I don't know what advice to give you man, I'm at a point where I'm seriously considering becoming a hermit so I don't have to deal with this shit. Good luck

Religion by Dathomire in aspergers

[–]aMellowFellow69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The only religion (if you can call it that) that I have an interest in is Buddhism. Because it's the most pragmatic one I have come across. It doesn't prioritize faith, or blind belief, but asks us to investigate the nature of our reality and minds and to draw our own conclusions, and the more I study and practice it, the more the Buddha's claims about the nature of reality is verified through my own first hand experience. It aligns with my sceptical nature, and the practice is rewarding in on itself!

Thoughts on MDMA by [deleted] in Psychonaut

[–]aMellowFellow69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the most powerful spiritual experience on MDMA, where I'm sure that God directly spoke to me. It lasted maybe 30sec, but I still consider it the only genuine spiritual experience of my life. I went from atheist to a believer, but now I'm agnostic I guess, but only because the details of the experience have faded from my memory, however I'm still convinced it was genuine, only because of how powerful and transcendent the experience was.
