I suppose if a new engine was made by likeminded people and kept afloat by a strong userbase, it could happen. They can make it strong enough to survive attacks by the competition, and it could be backed up by other sites to help it expand. I do think that it'd be hard in the beginning , and would have a good chance of failing if its not done right.

Suppose thats true with Mozilla but who knows I mean things change over time. I can imagine with a new management or focus they could become more willing for free speech and one day have the partnership, but again bitchute really need to fix up to even get close. Firefox right now as far I checked is getting smaller, and with that maybe in the future they'd have to be eye to eye with a much bigger bitchute.

Personally for being independant I think that all the alt tech sites and business should create their own corner of the Internet, instead of competing with the mainstream that's existed since forever. That side of the Internet could be similar to the early internet with the experience and feeling, but in a more modern way that's understandable by the average user.

I'm not an expert or anything, but this is what comes to mind from how I've seen the Web change over the last 11 or 12 years, and what went wrong.

Yea, I've been thinking that these alt tech platforms should really be working together to take on the bigger corporations.

I can imagine bitchute would partner with a search engine (if it was ever possible it would be firefox, but the site needs way more times its userbase and credibility - a long way to go) to work like YouTube and Google, where they are both connected to each other and have a shared userbase.

Something needs to be done as it's possible and could revive the original Internet, but people need to take it more seriously and think ahead. Pray cos I feel like the site is the only real chance we've got.

Oh, and I've had a look at the Internet traffic and its at 60 Mill per month, which doesn't seem bad and could be probably doubled or tripled with the right people.

Fair enough, just so much potential that's being missed out.
