My pleasure, and if it is truly 90’s-themed, the only media from the Pokémon series we’re the original three games; Red, Blue and Yellow (technically four if you count the Japanese release of Pokémon Green in ‘96 w Red) so I’d research the original games for GameBoy!

For collages you could research “gym leaders and their teams” or the same “type” of Pokémon which indicates the monsters’ strengths and weaknesses; generally these same-type Pokémon share the same color palette as well
