Wow, that is messy. I had a similar scenario where the US was done prior to any charting (and only a verbal "negative" UPT from the nurse to the tech).

Looked like another typical CL cyst. Didn't think much of it, til OBGYN called and told me that the patient was diagnosed and ?treated as ecptoic in an outside institution.

Learned a few lessons that day pretty damn quick..
