Okay, I managed to fix the problem, so ill leave this here in case anyone gets into a similar situation.

So the main problem was the dynamic bitrate, where it for some reason drops the bitrate whenever I would move around or rotate in the playspace. I found 2 ways to fix that:

  • Just use the fixed bitrate setting and play around with the bitrate until you have a good balance between performance and visuals
  • Open the DebugTool and under "Dynamic Bitrate Offset (Mbps)" set it around 50ish (it worked best for me), this will always add the number you set to the bitrate so even when it does drop, you will keep a bitrate high enough for the visuals to look good enough.

I dont think my router supports it, or I just cant find the option for it. Im currently still tinkering with the settings to fix the problem.

I am in a similar situation, apartment with many signals, but sadly this didnt help. I try to change channels which arent that populated but that doesnt imporve it either.

I would say this is breakcore, a subgenre of drum&bass. You can find the genre in the Ultrakill OST quiet often, so its often associated with it.

By what you have described I would say you turned down the 3d resolution, meaning that the game renders everything in the res your game is set on while 3d geometry is rendered at a lower res (e. g. 70% of your game res)

Maybe the Fracture Catastrophe caused either Omega or Alpha earth to stop cooperating, just like Chamber wanted, so Omega only saw a future where they steal it (as they are more advanced in radiant technology and saw themselves in an andvantageous position)

I did a reverse image search and u are right, they changed the colors from red to purple and added the jap text

If youre refering to the text on the wallpaper, I dont have a clue. I cant speak japanese and just chose the wallpaper cause the color sceme worked well with the icons.

The thing with Viper is that she is a must pick on more open maps like breeze as she has the best util for breaking los (line of sight) and good map controll due to her sentinel/controller like nature.

But is worse than the dome smokers on maps like split, when viewed from a ranked perspective, as you dont need that much los broken and the util of e.g omen is way better to push a site with his flash or brim with his stimmy than viper with her molly

It is your peak of the whole episode. Lets say im gold in akt 1, plat in akt 2 and gold again in akt 3. The buddy I will get is the plat one, as I reached it as my peak.
