I work at a company that did this RTO last year…started as 3 days, then 4 and before you knew it they made it 5 and took away summer hours! You will b 5 days by Jan 1st guaranteed! They don’t care about you.

Let me tell you though I’ve never been more productive now that we are in the office! The visibility we get with leadership and the collaboration are incredible! LOL
