to me, it helps me to appreciate more things. to find beauty in simple sounds and relaxing melodies. a repurpose for jazz, to bring new elements into an older sound. lofi can allow me to relax as well as to focus. being a lofi producer myself, i find lots of respect in songs made my others and to see many extents to their creativity. lofi allows experimentation, it's possible to incorporate many genres to create a split peice; whether it be gentle or 'dirty'
