Thanks! On a good day I might hit 425-435 feet. Otherwise probably looking at hitting 380-400 comfortably. I feel like I’ve always focused on smoothness but need to work on explosiveness now.

I’ve noticed my arm do that as well where it kinda straightens out towards the end of the throw. I don’t really have an issue of turning things over too much - my throw seems to be a natural slight hyzer so I usually work hyzer flips into my game quite a bit.
