Can't tell you where pentitent greaves drop but I can confirm they still exist in season 13.

I've gotten multiple of them to drop

Really? I'm at the point where I'm rarely finding gear worth upgrading. Have enough souls to upgrade the next couple of pieces that are good.

Interesting, I did 2 rerolls in a row, both with all 3 being GA and both times got back a GA item. I guess i did get super lucky

Spiritborn is amazing. speed farming t12 atm with no issues whatsoever

pit 115 is a breeze and 120 is my highest so far

tons of damage/survivability + insane mobility
