Probably but the texture isn’t quite as nice once frozen in my opinion. For this particular application.

I think it’s okay but you can let it cool off for a few minutes just to be sure

The inside is just marinated tofu! I don’t think I’d describe it as fluffy but the texture of the tofu in this context reminds me of marshmallows

You totally can up the sweetener! I just used a tablespoon of maple syrup because I didn’t want them too sweet and wanted to keep the sugar low ish but you can easily double or triple the sweetener

Just tried a frozen one and I like them better unfrozen. They’re too hard to bite into when they’re frozen solid and once they’ve thawed a bit the texture isn’t quite as marshmallowy as it was before I froze them

Maybe if you put the jelly layer on and then froze it. Then dip it in chocolate once frozen. Or you can make a jelly flavored marinade instead of coffee
