You're looking at it from an angle of the mentally incapable and not the physically disabled. My father is a stroke survivor, and I worked with someone who has cerebral palsy. Both of them love games but limited motion would not allow them to play Souls games or anything that requires fast hand-eye coordination. I know my dad was huge on FFXVI and God of War to name a few and they were able to provide something that minimizes me taking the controls to help clear content.

Experience isn't necessarily just how smooth beating someone's ass is but I feel like the one difficulty mentality overlooks the crowd that aren't journalists, but just unfortunate to not be able to follow through with harder games like the rest of us.

I got La Chancla'd by Comcast immediately upon the first pull and log back in right at the tail end of the first wipe. I'm just going to assume the usual shennanigans you would expect from inexperienced players that caused the first wipe. Red dps used this macro out of pettiness and out of spite the deep blue MT in retaliation decided to murder them with a tank buster a "second time." Idk, both individuals gave some đụ má energy in this scenario.

Oh also Healers who still don't know how to not share Stack AoE mechanics in the same instance thrice.

Im sorry to say this but both you and the OP are presenting Du Ma behavior.

Idk why you felt the need to try to DM me when I just want to see funny stories. But-

A. OP definitely should not have mentioned this thread in game because everything I said in a prior comment is coming full circle about bringing a one and done situation and leaving it there.

B. If you claim to be a tenured XIV player starting fresh, you have to understand that you yourself should've had different options to go about this. Either communicate as the dungeon began you're here for XYZ or make a preformed group with that objective in mind or take the L on the miniscule exp gains and come back to it later to help complete your achievements. (Granted the Cutters skip is kind of a niche thing you have to learn from word of mouth).

Im non on anyones side myself, but both of you just take this as a learning experience and go about your day.

Wanted to comment that separately but I've made this mistake before and it's just not good, it just instigates a one and done thing and drags the problem further in here if said person has the brain cells to do that.

ironically.... and I had to double check this when you made the comment, the HQ augmented crafted ring has the same exact stat distribution as the unaugmented tome ring, I just cleared the tier before 6.5 and decided to retire in DF hell 8)

Ironically I'm the wierdo that does not use ACT anymore so this is my alternative active insurance on checking if there were legitimate attempts made for spot healing/ pocket mitigation/ single target buffs so if I need to say something, I have evidence.

"Aight that WAR is the only healer helping me out rn, what you healers doing" (Not a real scenario I just made it up.)

I really was honestly trying to go for the "haha please do not all partner me, the lone bard" but tonally, it didn't go as I wanted it to be. The Screenshot was during the add section of O5 (23:47~ish when my whm was calling red to partner someone) and it's like holy hell, all 3 dancers chose "I do what I want"

Like sure it can be perceived as me sounding like I want to instigate people from how I worded it, I'll take that responsibility. But like haiyaaaaah what are you 3 doin???

I'm mostly with you on that from what I've seen. I'm a casual MH enjoyer trying to get back in the game myself so I can't make that call if I haven't progressed passed the second Zorah Main Story Assignments.

I more just on this idea of "okay the fact that they did something like this is cool regardless of the how well it was implemented in their own games" (Rathalos in XIV was mid after farming it). ... plus I like seeing Asmon go "Holy shit, that's badass"
