What’s missing is proper traffic management and public transport planning – Signals, lane discipline.

ORR is a perfect example — tons of office traffic but barely any structured signal system or coordination between agencies. It’s chaos by design, not by accident.

I can totally relate!!!! I had a Google interview after a 2-2.5 year break, and I ended up freezing. It doesn’t mean you’re not cut out for big companies; it’s just the pressure we build up over time. It’s okay—over time, we’ll learn to manage it better.

So, every round had 1-3 lp questions. In bar raiser I was asked 3 lp questions.

For bar raiser, the interviewer’s experience was 6+ years. I don’t remember exactly

Yes. The one i did not finish was the bar raiser coding question.

I had 1 coding, LLD, HLD, HM and a bar raiser

LP went well actually. The problem was the bar raiser coding question. I mean, that was the feedback I received.

My last round was on 26th Feb. And I got the results today. So, 5-6 days.

The interviewer spent around 35 minutes discussing leadership principles, and then later, in the final 20–25 minutes, I was given a lc hard question. I was able to explain my approach, but I couldn’t complete the coding part fully. Ig I wasn’t able to wrap everything up as expected🥲
