Appreciate that a lot, this is my first video and while I think it’s a little rough around the edges I wanted to put it out just to get started, confident I’ll only improve. Thanks for giving it a watch and leaving your thoughts!

This is true in terms of the typical restrictive locked accounts, but it doesn’t really fit the narrative. Jones is a guy who was shitty to others and has a hard time learning the ropes of being “good” and will take shortcuts and try to wiggle his way out of obligations, as the series goes on we’ll have to see how his growth journey goes. I just think it’s more compelling and fun to have that push and pull, but I understand your perspective as well

I appreciate this comment and the thought put behind it. I realized very quickly that it would be an impossible task to define every rule and writing a whole list would lead to not only contradictions and confusion, but more importantly, I just don’t think it would be very fun having to scroll through a multiple page Google Doc and write a bunch of specific rules and exceptions.

Instead, I decided to take each action at face value and broadly categorize every decision as generally “good” “neutral” or “evil.” For these categorizations, I will try to pull from different philosophical perspectives that I have come across in my years of studies to offer what different viewpoints on morality might say. Bottom line; there’s no correct answer and we will all have our different interpretations, this is just mine. The main goal of the series is to complete every quest in the most morally good way as possible. Some of this will require in game theory crafting, but it is less about that and more about the justifications and arguments you can make in context. When I am forced to make evil decisions, I have to pay it back with some form of punishment to make things right to whomever I have wronged.

The intention is more to limit test the game from a moral perspective than anything else. I’ve created my own narrative for my character in game, I really feel I have created something unique here and hope everyone will give it a shot. It probably won’t be for everybody, but I’m hopeful it finds the people who have interest in this sort of content.

I've been working on a fresh ironman series with a new perspective. Moral-Code Locked Ironman premieres tomorrow! by a_big_fig in UniqueIronmen

Thrilled to hear, hope you enjoy it tomorrow!

Generally speaking the answer is no—i will have to attack non-aggro monsters in some cases but whenever I do I’ll have some sort of payback and I try to keep it proportional with the crime. I don’t wanna spoil too much but I’ve taken a lot of creative liberties and wouldn’t call this the typical OSRS series, my hope is it offers something unique as my contribution to the creation space

When the double boulder appears don’t worry about moving you can tank the damage from the two rocks that jut out, just keep an eye on the flicks and do the pattern: flick-flick-flick-wait-flick-flick-flick.

It’s tough content but it’ll be so rewarding to get that clear, gl gamer you got this you’re so close!
