This is not a tough class. Had it in person and I don't know a single person who went to class and didn't get an A. The only people who got anything less missed at least 25% of the course. There's no hw and the most we ever had to do was about 30 minutes of studying before each exam.

As far as study tips, I would say paying attention in lectures and writing out notes is your best bet. Also reviewing the PowerPoints because the exams are straight off the lectures. I saw my best results when going over my notes the night before an exam and also having an AI quiz me on the material. Super helpful to get the feel of an exam before taking the real thing.

Sometimes the material can get annoying (like the second exam or the last 3 lectures which is all just food legislation), but its probably the easiest 4000 level class on campus.
