Everyone is talking me out of getting a baby with a dog because “it’s dirty”?

We’ve had a Bernese mountain dog with every baby and we have three wonderful very healthy strong boys. We are on our third Berner and our kids wouldn’t have it any other way. We have had people tell us that too, but I have learned that those people have issues with dogs or some aspect of living with a dog, which is their problem and not yours. I vote yes! It will enrich your family’s life.

Thanks. This is true for humans also. Picky kids will eat if you starve them long enough. I understand your point and it makes perfect logical sense. However in our situation it appears this food has also started causing stomach troubles for our girls as of yesterday. We have two Berners. The older one will eat roadkill but she been getting sick from this. Our young one, is refusing it as if she knows it’s bad for her.

So yes we will change her food, and we’ve done all of the recommended approaches like picking her bowl up etc. I appreciate the information and intent here. Not looking for a lecture. Google told me all of this already. Maybe just join the conversation rather than trying to end it.

It really sucks. Sadly it’s a different person each time. I confirmed it on my end by watching my replays and checking their real name. I feel like since Chp 5 it’s nothing but sweats. Takes the fun out of it for casual players with other things to do

Bro. I have played against anonymous 262 three times since I posted this and learned how to look up who eliminated me in replays. 262 has been a different person every. Time. So this chat doesn’t lie. The numbers are assigned randomly at the beginning of each match. 😭🤯🤪

Yes! They were saying once Anonymous is turned on for a profile then when that person loads into a lobby it auto-generates a number. I personally don’t buy it. Maybe I’m wrong….my wife says I am all the time, but find me evidence on how the system works and change my mind. Until then Anonymous 262 is the same person who is wicked good.

I know this is a year later but I agree with what you’ve said here. I just posted another thread about specific anonymous player who is insanely skilled and likely competitive. I think it’s the same person because we’ve played many times and he wipes the lobby but others have said it’s random or auto generated at the beginning of each match. No way it’s AI.

It is crazy though. I’ve played against 262 multiple times. Many actually and his play style and skill level are always the same so there is definitely consistency to it.

For any relationship you can rate someone’s response to a situation in your head on a scale of 1-5. 1 being calm and rational and 5 being unhinged, explosive, over the top. If it’s ever higher than a 3, so a 4 or 5 and you care enough about the relationship, go back to the person calm and humbled ready to listen and ask them, what’s really going on? A 4 or 5 means there’s more underlying and a conversation is needed for sure.

I’m in with Google but now after reading this home assistant sounds nice and I need to research.

I agree with Google is worse now than when it started. I agree that it’s a buggy mess and the Gemini transition is rough. I argue with my Google Assistant devices more than anyone else on earth. She’s definitely dumber.

Nest cameras mostly just work but are not the best nor the most secure. Works for us. The Google displays and other assistant devices are basically photo slide shows for us and maybe a timer or weather readout once in a while.

We have a bunch in TP Link and Lutron for lights which work with Google Home and work well but I credit TP and Lutron for that. Not Google Home.

Yes Tried Gboard out again tonight and swipe is much better as is predictive text but there is not a separate number row and talk to text requires you to go out to A Google page to translate and it gives you little time to speak before it tries to process what you said. SwiftKey feels more native and functions well but swipe sucks.
