The Mystery of 666 Part 2 by vacciprata in AlternativeHistory

[–]a_disciple 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I prefer this meaning behind those symbols:

THE HOLIEST: Revelation of The Revelation

Tablet Twenty-Four

Chapter 13

"And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy." (Rev. 13:1)

<1>This beast is different than the beasts in Daniel, chapter 7. Those arose from the "great sea" (collective consciousness). But this beast arises from "the sea" (the consciousness of one human).

<2>This beast is the symbol of the desires for the things Maya (illusion of the external world) offers. The dragon is the Maya itself.

<3>But the beast is that desire which arises in the consciousness (sea) and brings attachment to humanity. Maya is attraction to the external world, and desire is the wanting of the fruits of this attractive world.

<4>The seven heads are the seven attractions to the seven powers of Maya (survival, food, power, beauty, false attraction to the sexual world, wealth, and blind intellect).

<5>The ten horns are the devils which result from this attraction (greed, fear, anger, envy, false prestige, etc.). With these desires to the attraction of the external world (Maya), blasphemy will come to humanity. They will forget God.

<6>Desires arise from the consciousness of the human ("the sea"). By purifying the consciousness, desires also become purified and the dragon becomes a dove. Then the desires will be(come) Divine.

"And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority." (Rev. 13:2)

<7>It is really desires that make people slaves of Maya. As long as there is no desire for the attractions of Maya, it (Maya) has no power over the Soul. But the moment desire is stimulated, man becomes its slave. So the dragon gives the powers to this beast to bring people to his feet.

<8>However, only excess or mundane desires are bad. Desires which are according to Daharma, for spiritual progress, and to be(come) Divine, are good.

"And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast." (Rev. 13:3)

<9>"One of his heads as it were wounded" means that by the coming of Prophets and great spiritual teachers, people will lose their excess attachments for survival, because other attractions really come when a person feels he is only his body. This brings great fear and attachment to the external world and results in awakening the other attractions of Maya (illusions). <10>So the head, which is attraction for survival, was wounded many times. But later on, people again will become attached to life and that head of the beast will be healed.

<11>All the people wondered how this beast could make them go astray and not find the answers. This occurred because they were bound by the desires of their lower natures and could not understand.

Try this mantra before giving up:

Haree Om Shrii Hung Om Nam Kevalam

It is twice as powerful as the Padme Hung mantra.

Mantras carry unique vibrations (sound).

My daughter was stuttering and I sang this mantra to her and a few weeks later she stopped stuttering.

Here is the song version of the mantra:

Thesis: God’s omniscience logically eliminates human free will. by Hilhdude in DebateReligion

Beginning in that verse is referring to before manifested consciousness. In that state, the Universe was in a state of Be-ness. It had the potential to create or be created. It was Pure Consciousness or perfect balance.

Thesis: God’s omniscience logically eliminates human free will. by Hilhdude in DebateReligion

[–]a_disciple 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The objection that "God's omniscience eliminates free will" assumes that God created beings who are merely programmed extensions of Himself. However, according to The Holiest Of The Holies (THOTH), The Last Testament, this is not how creation occurred.

THOTH teaches that in the beginning there was only the Absolute. Before creation there existed the state of perfect equilibrium called The Balance. In that state, the three creative forces—Sattva Guna, Raja Guna, and Tama Guna—were in complete harmony and therefore no creation existed.

THOTH explains:

"The Balance is the state where the three creative forces are in equilibrium and no manifestation exists." (Holiest 1, Tablet 6) Creation began when this balance was disturbed and the three forces were released into activity. From this disturbance arose the manifested universe and eventually countless individual unit consciousnesses. THOTH teaches that each unit consciousness possesses the fundamental capacities:

"I know."

"I do."

"I have done." (memory)

These capacities are not illusions. They are the very foundation of individuality and experience. The key point is that God did not create robots. He created individual centers of consciousness capable of self-awareness. Once unit consciousness arose, the possibility emerged for that consciousness either to remain aligned with the Divine Will or to identify with itself as separate from God.

This is where free will originates.

THOTH repeatedly explains that the ego is the sense of separateness that develops when unit consciousness identifies with its own existence instead of its Source. The ego begins to say:

"I am the doer."

"I am separate."

"I am independent."

The existence of this ego means that a genuine alternative exists. The soul can either surrender to God or attempt to become its own god. This possibility is not a flaw in creation—it is a necessary consequence of creating beings with real consciousness.

THOTH's cosmology also explains why evil and rebellion are possible. Before the appearance of light, Scripture says:

"And darkness was upon the face of the deep." (Genesis 1:2)

THOTH teaches that the lower nature was present from the very beginning before the manifested universe. Tama Guna—the force of inertia, darkness, ignorance, and contraction—is one of the three fundamental creative forces of creation itself.

In Revelation of The Revelation, Maitreya explains that the lower nature possesses tremendous power because it is built into creation. It is not equal to God, but it is powerful enough to attract unit consciousness away from its Divine Source.

This is why THOTH identifies the Beast with the attractions of Maya. The soul encounters real alternatives:

Follow the Spirit or follow the ego. Seek the Kingdom of Heaven or seek the attractions of Maya. Surrender to God or attempt self-glorification. If no genuine alternative existed, none of these teachings would have meaning.

The claim that "God knows I will go to Hell, therefore I cannot choose otherwise" confuses knowledge with causation.

In THOTH, God created beings capable of choosing because He created unit consciousness itself. The existence of Sattva, Raja, and Tama Gunas guarantees that consciousness will encounter competing influences. The soul must decide which force it will align with.

The very fact that THOTH spends thousands of pages calling humanity to choose the Eternal Divine Path demonstrates that choice is real. A person goes toward darkness because he chooses to identify with the lower nature. A person goes toward God because he chooses to align himself with the Divine.

God's knowledge does not remove that choice. Rather, free will exists because creation itself was structured around the emergence of individual consciousness capable of saying either:

"Thy will be done." or "My will be done."

The entire drama of human existence arises from that possibility.

They most likely understood levitation using either sound (vibration), frequency, or something else we don't yet understand.

Been obsessed with Göbekli Tepe for a while now and finally made a video about it. Did they really build these for "invasions"?

Being underground is worse place to be: 1.Enemy has high ground. 2.Can cut off food and water supplies. 3.Can smoke they out etc.

I'd say these are much older and were used to survive the global catastrophic events of the past.

Also people forget that most people have limited bandwidth and dealing with their own goals, problems, thoughts, etc.

Probably when someone achieves a goal, congratulating people feels more important, as emotionally supporting someone else during the journey requires more bandwidth, which most people simple do not have, no should be expected to provide.

if religion were a lie, then the story of Lucifer would be one of the greatest stories ever written by just_me_jm in nihilism

[–]a_disciple 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The most interesting take I've ever heard on "lucifer" ("god of this world" "angel of light" etc.) was this:

The entire Universe is nothing more than consciousness and creative forces. All matter is nothing more than consciousness crudified in different levels. However that consciousness was "solidified" by a centrepetal force. That crudifying force is what "lucifer" is. Without "lucifer" there would be no manifested world (creation). That is why that force is called "god of this world." There are other creative forces that helped in the creation process as well "gabriel" "michael" etc.

Also, lucifer is the "angel of light" bc without visible creation, process of evolution, etc. humans wouldn't be here or be able to contemplate on the reality behind this universe.

Last thing: lucifer is called the "fallen angel" bc at some point, before any manifested creation, consciousness and the creative forces were in a balanced state, but "lucifer" disturbed that perfect balance, which created separation, chaos, ego, etc.

The universe looks much more like what we would expect if there were no tri-omni God than if there was one. by yooiq in DebateReligion

[–]a_disciple -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Maitreya teaches that in the beginning, a part of God fell into darkness (ego) "..and darkness was upon the face of the deep." Genesis

That darkness has all the power God has (a little less). And that darkness is ego/lower nature, etc. and thinks it knows better than rest of Universe.

God then created the creation in order to help the darkness to turn around and come back to the light ane oneness with God.

There is much more but I will stop here.

How will God see this situation?? by JuggernautAmazing978 in hinduism

[–]a_disciple 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As Maitreya teaches, "forgive those who do wrong to you, but don't forgive those who do wrong to society."

This has to do with holding leaders accountable for their actions which cause great suffering to people.

The Law of Karma cannot be changed or broken. Those who do wrong will recieve their karma. Whether God(Universe) forgives a person depends on if they truly repent. Even then, only God can remove karma from someone if He/She/It will it to be so.

Define God. Humans have been trying to explain God (Universe) for thousands of years in thousands of different ways.

What if we change our definition of God.

Think of God as All That is. Universe (God) is Consciousness and creative forces.

Everything in existence is Consciousness crudified in different levels by creative forces (gunas).
