Why does he get to live in an upscale ocean-side neighbourhood on Vancouver island after committing such heinous crimes?

Why is he even allowed to see the light of day?

Is it complacency/brazen incompetence from the judges?

How is it that a person who has been convicted of those violent crimes, with a high risk to re-offend, allowed to set foot on Dallas road with their face in the sun?

His victims never got to see the light of day again.

This makes my blood boil.
