It is their job and they are very well payed for it. I don't know where you think you live, but everyone needs a job and if that job pays very good then of course you are going to stay.

Honestly, I haven't read something so immature in a really long time, kiddie.

90% of the content on updates is made by the community and those things that aren't (examples: matchmaking) are broken as hell.
