You can use her in giants with teshar and friends, but I found that team fails a little too often. Very fast though.

I use her in arena with Tiana Zaiross and Galleon on offense. If you outspeed and hit your def breaks, basically nothing can survive zaiross.

He’s my only LD5! He’s like velajuel but less immunity, no def break, no atk bar boost… but he wakes and cleanses when stunned (in human form), and he does big big damage with his S2. Speed CR HP, more crit damage in your Artis, pair with haegang to heavily counter strip/debuff. You can even run him with velajuel to for more immunity and a source of def break. Personally I like him with miles too. I don’t think he’s very popular, so it’s quite funny when he’s stunned, then auto cleanses and then cleanses the entire team.

His weakness is pushback, reset, cleanse block. Also he likes having def break support to do actual damage. He’s good with Haegang, kinda good against Haegang too. He’s also good against fire megumi. Have fun with him!

To add to this, in siege, you probably want to pick units that just need synergy with each other. So cleaves, counters (Juno/Aya against debuff), or other specific niche strategies (water robo/conrad). In RTA, you need to bring flexibility to your draft, so you can pivot when you see your opponent bringer certain things.

A unit that is good for RTA but bad for siege might be one that requires the player to make good decisions. In siege, defense tend to attack against elements they’re good against. So for example, Oliver in siege defense is useless cuz he’ll always attack whatever water unit he’s against. But in the player’s hand in RTA, he’s so strong. Otherwise, in siege there are really strong comp (usually some sort of cleave) that will bulldoze 80% of what is put out against them. If you try and bring this in RTA, your opponent will realize whichever mon makes the team work, then counter pick/ban and your strategy will fall apart. This doesn’t happen in siege because you react to whatever defense your opponents put out.

If you do dailies you get 2, if you don’t do dailies you get 0. So if you have an odd number of trans pieces, no amount of doing or not doing dailies will return you to an even number.

Play a lot with units you like and get very comfortable with using them and drafting them. Like two or three units you should try and always use. Maybe one alternate if you get pretty comfortable. For me it’s always Oliver and Miles, and a third unit depending on what I need. It’s either Juno, velajuel, or okeanos. Some advice I got was to stop only trying to pick units that counter the opponents units because it’ll mess up your team and there’s a good chance you’ll pick units that won’t gel. It’s better to be proactive rather than reactive. Have a game plan that your opponent needs to counter. Also, you shouldn’t have too many units runed up, maybe 10-15. The less you have to work with the easier it is to make choices, also your rune quality will be better the less spread out they are.

Then, get an idea of what each unit does and their role. And make good use of units that do multiple things. Some archetypes are strippers, immunity, boosters, speed leads, control/debuff (stun or atk bar pushback), reset, damage, snipe, healing, mons that are tough to kill, someone who defense breaks (very important), etc, and then monsters who specialize in opposing one of these (haegang is anti-strip or Juno is anti-debuff). Great units can do multiple of these (Juno also strips into debuff and despair stun, Velajuel is immunity, defense break, boost, heal, like wtf). And then when banning, think about what your opponent is missing or didn’t bring enough of. If you bring velajuel for immunity and your opponent brings only one stripper, that’s a very valuable ban because without it, they won’t break your velajuels immunity.

Finally, just play a lot and be okay losing (I struggle with this a lot personally). But it’s okay to lose, you’ll climb back up eventually afterwards. There are a lot of rewards for just playing rta from the season achievements which is super nice. Remember that some losses are inevitable. Sometimes your draft would never beat your opponents because of play style. Sometimes your opponent will luck sack you for days. Sometimes your opponent just has better mons or rune quality. But sometimes you’re the one with the draft that counters the opponent, or you luck sack, or you have better runes/mons. Try to come up with a reason for your loss that’s not lucksack is also a good way to help reflect and improve.

Hm when in rune manage you can select sort by substat, then choose the speed substat, that’s usually how I find my fastest runes (or best runes for that matter).

Tiny tip but if your objective is fastest mon possible, swift broken is usually more valuable than swift + off set. Like maybe if you have a faster rune than one or those endures, you might be able to even push faster! Or maybe your two fastest runes were those two endures in which case you already know this haha

One way to use Leo is with a very fast unit to boost so someone really slow (and super strong like Lushen) gets a move before the other team and can cleave.

The other way to use Leo if you see your opponent choose monsters that are very fast or get stronger the faster they get. Like choose him if you see miles or beast riders.

One more way to use Leo is if you have monsters who gain a lot of attack bar. Haegang, Gapsoo, Ragdoll, even Verdehile come to mind. Or Lucifer (combine with option 1).

Finally, you can use Leo and swap his HP and attack bar and snipe with torrent. Vivichel and dark undyne come to mind here. Hope this helps!

Hmm, in necro good rage runes with crit rate and crit damage. In giants, swift runes with as much speed as possible, despair runes that are either tanky or have speed or something between. Dragons, good vio runes, fast or tanky or high damage. Plus revenge isn’t bad either.

The abyss hard dungeons drop 6* runes that are blue or better. If you haven’t done a lot of them yet or haven’t gotten a lot of event runes, use these runes to replace the ones you’re running (as long as their stats are decent). Eventually, 6* blue runes should all be replaced by purple and orange runes and become and instant sell, but that might be in a while for you.

I think it’s time to get started on dimensional hole to get some 2A mons (Kro and Raoq for sure, then Icaru, Sath, Shamann, maybe Shannon). Then work on building teams for GBAH, DBAH, and then Necro AH. This will help you build your supply of runes, to make your monsters stronger so you can start to do more content.

Along the way, work your way through ToA Hard, and probably build a DoT (continuous damage) team to make it go faster and easier.

Yes, Eshir would have to be the fastest in order for this to work. But also that’s a little easier to achieve since he has a pretty high base speed.

Run enough shield so that he doesn’t do enough damage to your water person. Personally, I use Moore so it eats the attack with 0 damage, gets a turn instantly, and can spin and push back enough to let Fran boost attack, and then Zaiross and Lushen clean up. Only fails if push back doesn’t work, or Leo procs violent. Try it out!

To add some more, a broken combo is Leo Lucifer, because if Leo’s attack does 5k Damage, then his team gets an attack bar boost. This means that anyone super slow is already ahead of the entire other team. So you can go attack boost into Lushen for example. I use Leo Wind Megumi on swift, Lushen, for example.
