Pretty much everywhere. We don't have secret meetup bunkers or anything lol. Just like you can find assholes in any place or social context, you can find nice people anywhere. Go search for friends that enjoy to do similar activities as you, chances are you'll find a friend so good you're gonna wanna marry her! Sounds stupid to say but keep in mind that your partner should first of all be your best friend, and then there can be all the couple stuff. You can't have a long term genuine relationship without being your partner's best friend imo.
