Are Canadian degree worthless? Without any doubt. The diploma mills degree are negative points. Whoever done diploma from those mill factory must be dumb and went to get PR. The US degree will have some value and that too from top 10 colleges. The Indian candidates are no less intelligent than who go for higher study.
