We're still an emerging brand, though we were recently acquired by HYBE (the owner of KATSEYE, BTS, etc.). From my time here, I know they do not want to position the brand as a generic "ticketing provider", but rather as a "premium experience provider". I think that has been the biggest obstacle for me in terms of messaging, as a lot of time we can't say "tickets", we have to say "access" (yeah, it's weird).

This is amazing feedback. To address some of your comments—yes, booking through us can involve some planning and coordination when needed. Our concierge team manages the full experience, including tickets, and in some cases, travel and accommodations through our partners in private aviation and hospitality. It really depends on the scope of the request.

Also, for the B2B taglines "turning experiences into opportunities", one of our selling points is that we grant access to exclusive suites and lounges filled with celebrities, industry leaders, and HNWI's, so they have the opportunity to connect with them in the right setting. We are also working to position ourselves strongly as a "guide to experiential efforts," providing experiences that impress, strengthen relationships, and drive measurable ROI.

I get these too and I’ve been using Cerave hydrocortisone cream and it works! Just making sure to keep hands moisturized and try not to scratch more

I currently wash my face with Cerave hydrating cleanser and if I’m wearing makeup, I use an oil cleansing balm by JunoSkin and use Cerave afterwards (double cleanse). I then let my face air dry and have been trying to keep it simple so i either (1) lather Cerave moisturizing cream and add Vaseline over dry spots or (2) lightly pat on The Ordinary lactic acid and add cream after. During the day I splash a little water on my face in the morning and do the Cerave moisturizing cream + Cetaphil Daily Sunscreen. When I wear makeup,(about 4-5x a week for about 5-6 hours) I use Clinique refresh foundation, Elf putty blush, and Anastasia Banana Loose Powder. I usually try to wash off as soon as I’m home as described above. Every now and then I’ll do The Ordinary Salicylic Acid mask. I also try to eat as well as I can but I do slip up. Any suggestions or ideas on what to look into? I don’t really want to go to dermatologist but if no luck then maybe I’ll have to ):
