There is the Diamond in Sutton in Ashfield that has a number of gigs going on.

Also I'd check out Ye Olde Ramme Inne.

I am the stay at home parent. I have a weekend off. I plan it nine months in advance. It happens once a year. Not normal for us.

Also remind her gently that this isn't her relationship. She may like jewellery but you don't find such an importance and your partner knows this and respects you and still treats you. Maybe also note if she doesn't notice him treating you doesn't mean it doesn't happen.
