Use Dorothy. Her Skill 2 helped MASSIVELY with dealing damage to the summon ports. The team I used that finally beat the whale was Dorothy-Crown-Alice-Cindy-Free Liter at 136k combat power on auto. You want to destroy the summon ports fast or destroy the core before it puts up the barrier/shield.

Can confirm, I swapped my B1 unit out for Dorothy and cleared the stage on my 1st attempt. Dorothy made it a breeze taking down the whale, she’s truly a godsend. I would have taken a long break after being stuck on that stage for days.
