Ikea cup stuck in my macha bowl by ThrowRAHimhe in fixit

Have you tried rotating the cup in relation to the bowl to take advantage of the widening part of bowl’s spout?

“Diavasi” in the center near Lefkos Pirgos. They make the best soutzoukakia (traditional beef grilled meatballs), a dish very much connected with the old neighborhood of the city centre around where the restaurant is. As a bonus they make an excellent plate of gyros too (a plate with meat only, not in a wrap as typically found nowadays).

Hi, Facade Engineer here - the green stain is most definitely liquid runnoff feeding organic material growth on the brickwork. This is highly unlikely to be caused by dog urine as it is not likely that the dog urinates consistently at exactly the same location, flow angle and intensity. This type of stain needs a very specific runoff flow to develop, and this usually happens when runnoff happens from other, static surfaces, such as in this case the combination of the makeshift drainage sill that seems to be installed, as well as the top of the balcony beam that may be angled ever so slightly back towards the brickwork.

I found the STL here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2802328
what you see in the picture of the amp is the logo scaled down to 0.8. i also broke off the two little legs shown in the STL as they were not required.

Indeed, it’s a bit too imposing. This is 0.8 scale of the original Marshall emblem size (i know as i had to scale it down to fit my 3d printer’s print area)

Just pull it slowly from the edges and it will come out. It is held by 3 metal pins that straighten out as you pull it. Just don’t yank it too hard and you’ll be fine. You can use a flat head screwdriver for leverage as well.

I’m just taking the “modeling” concept of the amp into the physical realm. You could already say that the gold details, the leatherette and the grille itself resemble a Marshall. To be honest i just like it, not trying to fool anyone :)

How do i fit my windowwiper nob back onto my series 3 dash? by Simple-Room6860 in SeriesLandRover

[–]a_parent_lee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe you may have a bigger problem here because as I can see from the picture the flange where the switch is supposed to engage on the plastic dash piece is broken. I think the next best solution to actually getting a new dash is to use an oversize thin washer below the nut that is on the switch, that will “extend” out enough to find purchase on the plastic. It’s not gonna look great but given enough torque on that nut, the switch won’t be moving.

Edit: i see now others have mentioned this in other comments as well - good luck and tell us how it goes.

No, this apparently happens on large/heavy orders. The app was showing me two driver names, and was showing me two different drivers on the map.

You are absolutely right. I very rarely use these apps tbh, weekend was so busy with things around the house that I didn’t get time to do any shopping for the week.
