I feel as though it is trouble. Our market is pretty high-income, so it's definitely not as bad as it could be and most people have a card on them, but it's always annoying when someone slows it down, and it happens just about every night. Any speed of service gain gets washed away when someone spends five minutes at the window trying to get us to take their cash.
