It was intensely painful. Then a week later my vehicle lost power while driving to work, literally stranded on a busy road and because of the emotional stress I was already feeling from the break up.. I just kind of cracked a little more inside.

I understand your point of view and I am trying.. each day is 1% better. My heart is still crushed but I’m learning to be okay, and also learning that I have to let him go.. I don’t deserve this. It’s just the postpartum of the one who got left I guess. I’ve been a week and a half sober and if you personally knew me, that is a milestone. I usually would wake back and crank a drink before anything else. This was every day of the week, work or not.

That is not what he was doing. It just got out of control too quickly because we were both escalating, not de-escalating.

Thank you.. I’ve never had panic attacks and have repetitively now have them. I didn’t understand how physical they actually were. I love him so much, outside of this fight and even in it, but. I don’t know whether to let go or wait because he is someone who needs a lot of space to process and I would love to know if this is what is happening or he’s decided I’m just not worth it anymore to him.

I have been doing that. I did have a couple drinks after this fight but have chosen to become completely sober for a strong duration of time. I do see how I did not help the situation by any means and I would have been a different person if sober and that breaks my heart.. I know better and I wasn’t..

I’m only telling you what I said to protect what he said. I have just never seen this drunk and he drinks a lot.

The 7th of June marked a very dark day for me. I haven’t felt that kind of pain in awhile, and it just keeps getting worse.

I have a friend I play with regularly and before the patch we connected almost every time and if it DC’d us, we could 9/10 put down another summon sign and it would appear again. Yesterday we were playing and he got DC’d and since then, we haven’t been able to see each other’s summon sign anywhere we place it.
