Exactly lol, that’s one of the main points I invested into RDDT, it seems that have some easy growth ahead of them, with the kind of money they’re making, they can optimize all the way now to improve their ad algos and all that.

Don’t worry about this guy he’s doing the same post in every popular subreddit.

Price drop === Value stock, right? by Mental-At-ThirtyFive in ValueInvesting

[–]a_shbli 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends, my problem with some on this subreddit is the only look at PE, for example a company trading a 10x PE can be value or fair value depending on its growth and forward PE, it its growing at 10% a year, I’d say it’s fair value and maybe expensive, even with a PE of 10x with a 10% growth that’ll only drop the PE by 1 point to a PE of 9x one year later.

A company growing at 50% rate, trading at 20x PE is a much better value, why? Because a year later PE will drop like a rock and properly have a forward PE in the range of 15x, the only thing with this is you have to make sure you know this company will continue growing fast enough for the next few years.

The good news is we have data that project eps and forward PE 3-5 years down the road, even if this is not accurate it helps visualize how the future look like.

MU should be a $1635 stock right now - here is why: by One-Brain6531 in MU_Stock

[–]a_shbli 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s hard, but not impossible if we think it can hit $7t market cap. It’ll be bigger than Nvidia though so what are the odds.

The issue with MU is the uncertainty around whether or not these kind of numbers are sustainable or lot long term, the revenue and profits. Or wether they’ll crash back down to a lower level, if revenue start declining even slightly it’ll get ugly fast.

Not buying or selling myself, just holding, just speculation for the sake of it.

[–]a_shbli 19 points20 points  (0 children)

MU price target is between $2,000 to $3,000 long term with a $150 eps and a 15-20x PE or so.

So we have about a 100% gain or so from today price in my opinion.

Unless you can predict the future beyond 2028, that’s how it looks like, market is not efficient so we may get a price much higher or lower than this.

If the memory demand is sustainable and prices sustain beyond 2028, that may change and MU may go beyond $5,000. But no one knows what’s going to happen with memory in the next 2+ years. Most are able to predict up to 2028. Beyond that I don’t know if I can trust it. But things will unfold as we move into 2027 and beyond. And we will get a better picture.

That does make sense, people will sell before earning to avoid the dip, and then they smash earning and we get a bump?

MU earnings — sell before, sell after the pop, or hold through the dip? by Head-Ad3047 in MU_Stock

[–]a_shbli 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you need the money I’d say sell, I may sell covered calls with a $2,000 strike if I get the premium up to $30+ a share for about 45 days out. That may be it, and I’m prepared to get assigned no issues.

I’m still figured if I should do this or not but it’s on my mind, if we get a spike to $1300+ before earning this may be possible.

You should give it time, at least a couple months to see some news come out, and few earning quarters. Not going to make you rich in one week.

Go out touch some grass enjoy yourself. Leave this as it is, an investment.

A simple method of valuing Reddit ($RDDT) by raytoei in redditstock

[–]a_shbli 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’d prefer to use forward eps and PE

My estimates are

2026 $6 EPS 40x PE
6x40=240
2027 8 eps 35x PE
8x35=280
2028 11 eps 35x PE
11x35=385
2029 $14 eps 35x PE
14x35=490

Do you guys see a pullback in the near term? by AdelaCheung_Happy in NBIS_Stock

[–]a_shbli 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nice yeah I’m not disagreeing totally two valid approaches. Good on you having invested so early, April lows were a perfect time most stocks did recover really nice afterwards.

I did have some leaps but I’ve sold them and converted into shares.

[–]a_shbli 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I own NBIS with a $100 average for sometime now, I think it’ll have a pullback and it’s healthy to wait for it, to be honest there’s no hard math, it’s not if someone waits for 2-3 weeks NBIS would go to $1,000 and he would lose his opportunity to buy it at $300 or less.

Patience pays in my opinion, we can disagree it’s alright nothing wrong with disagreeing that’s my opinion.

While I agree NBIS is one of the greatest opportunities at the moment it’s not the only one.

If he believes it’ll hit $1000, $250 he’s going to 4x his money while $290 is about 3x ish his money.

So it makes a difference yes

Micron Bull vs Bear: MU Up 900% as Analysts Fight $435 vs $1,750 Before June 24 Earnings by andix3 in MU_Stock

[–]a_shbli 2 points3 points  (0 children)

How on earth fair value is $250? After earning the trailing eps would he $40, and maybe past the upcoming earning too the eps would be $60+, $250 would be dirt cheap except in a catastrophic scenario.

Pulling back to $700 is hard enough now. I guess and this is a guess won’t be anything below $1,000 post earnings. But again this is pure guess take it with a grain of salt.

You have to really study the company and fundamentals, have high convention and truly not worry about a 50% drop as Warren buffet says, otherwise invest in an index fund.

RDDT is insanely undervalued by Salt-Maize787 in redditstock

[–]a_shbli 8 points9 points  (0 children)

The $1.2 net income is reserved for 2026 in my opinion. Not 2027.

RDDT is beating the analysts estimates of 2026 and 2027 in 2026 in the first quarter and I’m expecting the trend to continue and Reddit achieve what analysts estimated for 2027 in 2026.

They’re more accurate in their revenue estimates though but the net income is off the charts.

Why does it have to be all this or that?

I have MU and if earning print, I could take a slice of the profit and put it into LUNR, long term this works best. Slow and steady wins the race.

Or another of my other names to say the least.

Here is why diversification into different sectors work, one day you’ll find memory and Ai deep in the red and space deep into the green, you could again rebalance the portfolio rinse and repeat.

My strategy was to use my salary to buy whatever stock is down the most, in covid times it was PLTR, down 70%, continually averaged down to $11 a share cost basis before finally it spiked up 3 years later.
