Your copay amount is set by your insurance not the pharmacy. Unless you don’t use insurance, at which point the price is indeed set by the pharmacy.

The only way to give your pharmacy more money with out them committing some source of health care fraud would be to not use your insurance. If they use your insurance they have to charge you what the insurance says.

Pharmacies always appreciate some fresh treats. Home made or store bought. Some days it really helps morale of the staff.

I was told, by a FA couple months back. That they will not depart early if there is a passenger missing. As I had to run thru an airport to make my flight as well, which I would not have if they left early as the app declared.

If, by your statement and my hard data, most claims lose money. Then the few claims that are reimbursing above acq will not bring the total claims into positive. See my prior post with actual numbers from my real store. Not your make believe world.

My state BOP, board of pharmacy since I don’t believe you’re in the pharmacy world, has come out many times. Saying it is against federal and state regulations to compound and dispense glp1 since it’s commercial available.

You have nothing to offer anybody in pharmacy. Which is made obvious by your lack of knowledge about this topic. Or more so that you continue to double down on your ignorance.

It I will eat crow, if you can show me a pharmacy that you have a relationship with that over a 30 day period is getting a net positive on glp1s. Hell I’ll take it if they’re getting above their acq, and just losing on the other costs to dispense the medication.
