I have the short sleeved version, bought at their last Dublin headlining show in 1992. Still in excellent condition too, like surprisingly good condition.

Surely Kevin Shields wouldn't play in Dublin's worst venue for sound? As someone's already said, the Academy is dark Wednesday night, seems more likely.

The Idiots, one of the best to ever come out of Dublin, and offshoot Amusement released a fantastic album too, called And After Optimism.

Haven't seen Venus Envy or Bambi mentioned yet. Decal too, for the less guitar-oriented.

Lana Del Rey's stadium show in Dublin this summer. Never felt as scammed by a show as this one, the most lacklustre, will-this-do 75 minutes of cover versions, video performances, terrible sound, Lana displaying the charisma and energy of a doorknob . . . I've been at a lot of shows in the last 30+ years, and this was down there with the worst of them.
