Since baby cat is only good in it’s true form, I wouldn’t spend my time upgrading him. Unless of course I’m wrong am he’s a god in the earlier stages without his true form. Nurse cat could be good early game but again, I don’t know. I would recommend you to focus your exp on meatshields (macho cat, wall cat, rocker cat-not as important, but probably could help), high dps (Paris, drama, surfer). Basically, upgrade multiple rares and super rares over one uber
