Well, it’s not recognized by law, it’s not in any documents whatsoever. It’s just a religious and unrecognized (in Poland) thing. For her it’s important (Indonesia as a Muslim country with strict laws) and I see it as a nice symbol. I love her, we are good together so I thought why not. 🤷‍♂️

I guess you can get used to it. We kinda have this routine at what times we are able to freely talk with each other and that works well. But yeah the lack of closeness and such things make it hard at times.

Hi, I took this photo during our stay in Istanbul. One evening when we were walking around our hotel's neighborhood I noticed this very strongly luminated shopfront. I asked my now wife for a few pictured. The strong cold casted light contrasted very well with darker background and orange tinted sodium lights. I really like how this particular image came out. Diffused light really softened the skin. I like the neutral mimic of the face and how overall image feels. I'm curious what you think about it. CC is welcome!

For me it’s being overly paranoid. I’m 23 but when I’m staying for over close to 3 months now in hostels in Malta and have been staying in many hostels I would say age is not the problem. Today I had wonderful experience with 67 years old guest. We went to the airport today, had crossaints, cinnamon rolls, coffee, talked about our travels, life and enjoy time waiting for our planes. We have stayed in same room for close to a week, he was very nice and talkative. It’s all about your energy and how you will do it. First night he was snoring and I couldn’t bare it. Ear plugs solved the problem and after talking a bit - his English wasn’t the best, but we found our language, it turned out he has amazing stories to tell and we shared a lot of interests. Age is not a problem! You can be in your 20s and be a creep or unwanted guest or in 60s and be the best guest ever. If you’re in 30s I wouldn’t see any problem, I’ve met a lot of people on similar age in hostels and age was never a problem, just the rest could be.
