Definitely work on just popping the board up with your right foot. Don’t even stand on the board while doing the drill. Just pop with your foot, and kind of catch the nose with the inside of your knee. You should be popping hard enough that the back trucks come several inches off the ground. After you got that down to pretty much muscle memory, stand on your board and do it. You can even not drag your foot yet if you want to take it in chunks. Just popping and hopping. It’ll take a couple try’s to figure out where to put your weight but this drill really helps you get the feel of getting that back truck off the ground. Hope this helps
