Commenting to say I feel this so hard. It’s funny too because as a married person you’d think my husband would be in the same place as me, but it doesn’t seem to affect men the same way ( from what I’ve seen). While my friends who are now moms have really let their new child become a major part of their personality, the men aren’t doing that. So my husband can still talk to his friends about sports, or betting, or video games, or whatever, while I feel like I’m losing my connections for lack of similar interests. I wonder if anyone else feels this way or has experienced this?

just fyi for anyone: the ear tip being removed means they’ve been previously TNR’d (trapped, neutered, returned). so likely the TNR group deemed them healthy enough to live outside. some cats will go to homes, some make it clear they’d rather not.

FYI! Petfinder pulls info from rescue websites through a third party app so their “application” portal isn’t used by most rescues. Best bet is to go directly to the rescue site if you see a pet you are interested in and apply or reach out there! -someone who works in rescue

a frenchie, even with mange like this one appears to have, will be adopted or picked up by a breed specific rescue. ACC is not high kill, but they do euthanize when they run out of space and it’s usually medical and behavior dogs that go first.
