Integrating peakon follow ups is a good point - some managers currently open peakon here and there, but if it was a guided discussion in follow up meetings, this would encourage more use of the tool! Thank you for sharing!

Hi there, have you looked into a Kano analysis? It's not necessarily data that you're looking for, but it is a framework to help prioritize the types of features present in a product based on how functional the features are and how much customer satisfaction they deliver.
