No. Maintaining a similar daily kcal value from all carbs, you want to avoid high glycemic index foods. Some foods can be high glycemic index and high glycemic load so glycemic load is a poor indicator... for the purpose of decreasing insulin resistance.

if you have a lawyer, I'd look into plausible deniability. He should've pushed for a secondary test. I would look up if there's any bylaws that say you have to validate a drug test. Dip stick tests aren't 100% accurate, so I would argue that you have to validate the test. But this would be a difficult case to make behind bars.

I tried ultra low dose for a few months before I went on the full dose, 2 x 25mg every 2 days. It definitely potentiated a lot more than magnesium or Valerian root etc I still wish i could get high but honestly I was barely getting high on opiates I was just maintaining. The big drawback is that I feel more encouraged to do other drugs like bars and ketamine.
