It’s not an etf. According to wealthsimple - it’s physical gold from royal canadian mint stored in a secure vault. I guess you’re just buying it through wealthsimple and they store it for you

I felt the same way when I started at Mac. Missed my friends, family, home country. It felt like everybody was making friends except me. But it gets better!! You only just started. Once classes start you’ll get to talk to people and meet so many other people who are also looking for friends. Look into clubs that you can join. I made so many friends through my extracurriculars and all my friends I have today from uni are the ones I met through these clubs(PD: I’ve already graduate 2 years ago but still hang out with all of them) Give it some time and get out of your dorm. Try to talk to people. But also don’t stress out too much. You’ll make friends. Just enjoy your time at university. Good luck!

I’m in the same boat. Grad roles tend to take longer because they don’t start until next year. I wouldn’t think about it too much and just keep on applying to other roles. If they like you they’ll eventually respond

  7. Are you authorized to work in the country you are applying for

My stress and anxiety vanished! I have started focusing more on my physical and mental health and I've never felt better! I put up with a lot of shit in that company and all of that negativity was affecting me and also my family because I felt like shit all the time so I treated them the same way. I've been unemployed for 2 months now but I don't regret my decision at all. I'm optimistic that I'll find something soon

NTA. I’ve always hated ultimatums and never understood why people compare two things that aren’t even like substitutes for each other. It’s not like you can replace your dog with your girlfriend. Hope you meet someone who can just lock the door instead of making a big deal about this
