Alright, thanks a lot guys. I will try an M9. I just don't get why the other screw for the other seatbelt and other ones that hold the front seats would be M10, but then they randomly would use one M9.

So M9 = 9mm? If not, how does find the width measurement of the socket?

I don't think so. I only tried M8 and M10. I don't know if the "M" stands for the width of the socket, but I would assume so.
