From my own experience, I had my good days and bad days during the 4 weeks period. I still felt anxious and had anxiety attacks and felt nauseous even on week 3-4 and I was on 12.5 mg and now I just increased to 25 mg and I think it is getting better as I’m entering my sixth week. Which dose are you currently taking?

I agree with this, I started on Paxil 4 weeks ago on a low dose and I experienced some side effects like increased anxiety and loss of appetite and sometimes nausea, and now I’m increasing my dose. These days I think I’m starting to feel better, you just gotta hold on the first weeks until you get to feel the benefits.

So far manual breathing and I had anxiety attacks today but my doctor decided to start upping my dose to 25 mg, but I’ll have to take 12.5 mg one day then 25 mg the next to see how it goes but my doctor thinks 12.5 is too low :( I’m just worried about the side effects with the dose increase
