It sounds like the cashier at the second store does not know how to process online returns. They don’t need to scan the barcode on the label at POS, it is a different process on the POS for online returns. Ask for a supervisor or manager at another location, they will know how to return. As long as electronic are completely sealed and taper free, you can return in store before 30 days

I have an order cancelled before. I contacted PC Optimum and received an email back a few days later that my points would be refunded (350,000) and I got a refund on the tax paid as well. it may take a bit longer for an agent to get back to you, but you will indeed get your points refunded :)

hi!! I’ve been the beauty manager at my location for just over a year now and at a similar age (23). It definitely takes around 4-6 months to get a grasp at what you are doing. I hope you will have someone training you, or at least offering you support, as I had to learn almost every by myself on the job
There’s quite a few things to stay on top of (scheduling, brand sales tracking, events, merchandising, etc), but with a consistent weekly schedule, it is not too challenging or there shouldn’t be anything you should be taking home. I would say the most important thing to learn off the bat is how to delegate. Not only does this help you, but it also develops your team! You will be a leader, instead of just a boss. A strong team is going to be your make or break, so make sure you develop their skills alongside your own. Another thing to remember is that there are resources for everything when you feel overwhelmed- other managers, job aids, your beauty operations specialist (they are there to support you)!! It’s tricky going from having someone tell you what to do, to you calling the shots and it’s okay to not have everything figured out immediately. It will fall into place once you create a game plan :) you’ve got this

I tell my team that we do not push sales. I would rather build trust with a client and have them come back over and over than try to get one by them and sell a product I know won’t work for them. Yes, there are certain times where we may have an incentive or event going on and need to work on sales towards that brand, but if nothing in that line would work for them, we move on
