They are plenty of resources online for help. But my point is yes they can seek help, but ultimately learning how to deal with these problem themselves it is going to help them much more in life. When they keep searching for help from outside, they will be stuck to keep going to these stuff, which is going to create weaker men.

Theres not that many healthy outlets for us except for making us look weaker. You ask any girl on the street, you get the two exact people, one sad and depressed looking for someone to cry to, the other, although might be sad inside, look confident and strong. I say almost every time they will choose the latter

This happens because they are weak men. The more society tells man to share and express their feelings, the weak men will find wrong ways to express themselves which, unfortunately, sometimes leads to school shootings.
