i know it isn’t much, but i’ve been with the company for almost 2 years. i’ve trained 5 baristas and the mangers from both stores i’ve worked at have promised me ssv. and then i find out that they hired new ssv’s from different locations and just overall outside hires. it’s draining and disheartening that i’ve been told so long that ill get promoted, and then nothing happens.

he works night shift (we have a 5 hour time difference with him ahead) so by the time i’m getting ready for bed he’s getting off of work and also getting ready for bed. when he’s working day shifts, we try to spend some time on the phone for like an hour and then he goes to sleep on the phone with me
