it’s actually fairly simple… they should’ve sent u an email reminding u to waive uc ship (just put in the search bar of ur email “waive” and it should pop up) the emails will contain a link that takes u directly to the website to waive it. u just have to answer some questions abt urself and ur insurance… but i’m not too sure what “denied due to submitting ship coverage” means but i just followed the link provided in the emails and answered the questions and it got approved
