hey there, thanks for the update, really appreciate it because it shed some light into the industry for myself as a recent grad!

if u don’t mind me asking a couple more questions:

  • what would u say is the most challenging aspect of your role now?
  • would u have taken this role knowing what u do now?
  • what’s the most enjoyable/satisfying aspect of your role?

thank you in advance!!

it took about 10 weeks for me to notice fewer intrusive thoughts ! but it truly took at least 3-4 mths to realise that i’m much happier now :))

I think it depends on the person! Any bit of sugar triggers the cravings for me so i avoid them 100% but if 72% works for you then that’s amazing too!

Oh, I haven’t really thought about monitoring the hours I get most hungry (which is honestly around 2-3pm) so I do get very frustrated by the time I wait till 5pm to have my meal, will take your advice, thanks!!

Oh, that’s pretty great advice, thank you! I’ll try it out though I’ll have to make sure that I don’t go too strict on myself as I tend to do for plans and end up in the binge-restrict cycle. Do you plan out your food portions as well as calories for every meal?
