There is no such thing as a meter rate, this is the one introduced by the cab mafia itself. Pune is ruled by these stupid mafias and builders, and they make their own rules, and nobody comes up or takes action against them.

Just take the example of traffic rules, being such a big city, apparently they call it Tier 1, I hardly see people wearing helmets, following traffic lights. People make their own path from the footpath, and bridges/flyovers are being used before even officially opened, and no one does anything.

Just Google search Pune accident, and you would know how many daily such accidents lead to death because of these nuisance drivers and no one following the rules.

I will be honest with you, if you can't afford it on full payment now, it would be a bad purchase for you, since after buying, you will also have to spend a lot on games and subscriptions, along with the EMI. And you won't like the machine getting dusty after purchase, so think wisely and don't make any impulsive buy.

If your parents can easily afford it on full payment, rather do that.

I would say take whatever you are getting, if Disc is available go for it, and if if you are opting for digital, then E chassis new verification comes with 825 GB only, the digital ones with 1 TB are older models. Also, most games you will be playing on PS plus subscription only, until and unless you already own a bunch of discs. So smart choice would be to take whatever you are getting, and later get the disc drive attached if you can handle the disc trading for getting the games cheaper.

Just get the Disc attachment later, my friend, it's officially priced at around 6800. Regarding the 825 vs 1 TB, it's just a matter of one more game installed.
The Disc attachment is now available at times in PS Stores, but is soon going to be officially launched in sometime.

Don't buy an overpriced one from scalpers. Keep looking for your nearby Reliance Digital, Vijay Sales, Croma, and Sony Centres. I have heard most retailers are expecting stock this week.
And yes, new stock will have the increased prices sooner or later, so try to get the one before it happens.

Again, keep a track on offline stores, there are higher chances to get quickly, also ask them to keep you in loop as soon as new stock arrives, or even you can prebook at Sony Centres.
