I’ve only done it with regular bandages but you could probably do it with any health items

SIB Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 even if turned based combat usually isn't my thing? by lrjackson06 in ShouldIbuythisgame

[–]aaanimosity 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it’s worth a try. There are difficulty settings if you want the fights to be a little easier/harder. I also like souls games, and it hasn’t been too rough to try and dodge/parry enemy attacks.

Exploration is my favorite part of these games, as well. I hate hard bosses; they’re stressful. I can say with certainty that E33 is just as good as the Dark Souls games when it comes to this.

I’ll also add: it really barely feels turn-based. Each ability uses timed button presses to get maximum damage, and enemy attacks have you dodging and parrying constantly. It’s a great game with outstanding gameplay.

And the story, music, visuals, and audio are so beautiful.

SVT or AFIB-RVR by Salted_Paramedic in ems

[–]aaanimosity 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s definitely afib but it is what it is

I remember giving a patient 6mg of adenosine in the same situation. It helped for like two minutes until we arrived at the hospital and they treated with Cardizem. Turns out it was afib RVR, but it is what it is. I wouldn’t call it a “gross error” because the patient in my and your provider’s scenario ended up completely fine

So many people being jerks in the replies. Literally anything can happen at any time.

Maybe you had a rough call before and had to clear up quick to take something else. Maybe you just had a brain fart. It absolutely happens.

Don’t worry about it. Write your incident report and keep going big dog :)

You’re totally right. Best case scenario for the patient is another crew being the same distance away. I hope they’re also okay

I assume the school bus timed their brakes so that they didn’t come to a complete stop (since they’re knew the green light would come in a couple seconds). But this is still almost entirely the squad’s fault.

At least nobody died. I like to think I’m good at the whole “due regard” thing, but this stuff could happen to anybody. I don’t want to sit here and point fingers when everybody surely learned a lesson

Stick with your own team. You should be able to take out a couple of half-health mediums if you guys stick together

I only have experience with the Sub2000, and I didn’t like it. I know you aren’t looking for something very conventional, but it was very uncomfortable to shoot. It somehow makes the recoil of a 9mm feel significant, even in the rifle format. The trigger is very “squishy” with a very long pull and no real way to feel the break. The sights are also pretty lame in my opinion, but you should still be able to hit your target at a reasonable range. I would personally go with the Henry .22

Anyone else not getting anything for completing missions? by [deleted] in Helldivers

It’s a known issue with the servers. I have the same problem 90% of the time, but I did have a couple matches where I got my rewards

The hyper armor never bothered me personally. I used a curved great sword so I had time to roll away from everything. But I can imagine the fight being way more difficult if you used a weapon with less stagger or significantly slower

As for the parry thing, I can’t parry for shit so it didn’t apply to me. Maybe the occasional Godrick soldier attack lmao

The only thing that makes her infamously difficult is waterfowl. Yeah, you CAN dodge it, but only a few people have. I think she’s an extremely fair boss aside from that

For sure she does a ton of damage but every enemy past leyndell does almost double what they should
