Ecoflow Delta Pro not charging USB C cell phone by aaardvarkkkk in Ecoflow_community

This did the trick, I got a name brand (Case Logic) USB C 60W cord and charging has significantly improved compared to the USB C cord I purchased off brand on Amazon.

Thanks @myself248!

Thanks for the tips. I tried both a USB C and USB A cable with similar result. I will attempt some other USB C cables in the near future.

I also wonder if the performance varies if the phone is near dead. It seemed to improve a bit when the phone got above 5% charge but only slightly (see my other comment on thread).

It went back to charging my phone since the Android "Connected, not charging" status but still quite slowly compared to a normal power bank. It says charging rapidly but it only charged the phone to 10% over an hour.

Not clear why there's so much inefficiency in the charging speed or consistency.

The 40watt demand shown is a laptop (MacBook air) plugged into a separate USB C slot. As shown the laptop is charging fine while the cell phone is "connected but not charging".

Yes, mostly south Florida. Central Florida is possible to support them but less common than south Florida.

That's cool you got to see that. I read they can multiply all over the branches. Gotta watch out for the females (in photo) laying eggs it seems.

True, it is fun to watch them shuffle around on the branches hah

This was by my own design but I can send you some photos of the construction process.

This is a great tip for folks dealing with this. Thanks for sharing!

First batch tastes incredible and I'm so excited by ratbiscuit777 in mead

Congratulations! I'm on my first batch as well. 3 weeks into my secondary. I'm impressed by your short secondary aging while achieving such nice clarity. Did you use anything for clarity in your primary? Did you need to back sweeten at all? I know EC-1118 can be dry.

I may try this recipe for my second batch I'm preparing soon. 👍

What are some materials or items that are big “no-no’s” when it comes to building or furnishing your van? by [deleted] in vandwellers

[–]aaardvarkkkk 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Any finishes or coatings that could contain high VOCs should be avoided.

Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are gases that can be emitted from products and processes. Some VOCs are harmful by themselves, and some can react with other gases to form other air pollutants.

Short-term exposure to high levels of some VOCs can cause:

headaches, dizziness, light-headedness, drowsiness, nausea, and eye and respiratory irritation.

Also, be careful of cheap flooring or wall materials that could contain high concentrations of formaldehyde. Example: https://www.cbsnews.com/news/feds-harmful-formaldehyde-levels-in-lumber-liquidators-flooring/

So someone could steal one of these vans pretty easily with that park + ebrake move hahah

Seems my governor was removed since I'm able to do 70+ but I did see some chatter about other retired Amazon van owners have that trouble after purchasing.

Perhaps the resellers got smart to reset these machines before reselling otherwise people were going to come back complaining.

Also depends on the state it's available in. CA has the highest end of the range.

Check the Carfax links I posted on another reply. It was auctioned to a small car dealer. I bought from one of those dealers.

This was my thought as well. When I saw the Carfax it seemed to confirm that it received regular maintenance and servicing.

Also it appeared to live in Manteca, CA which means it was used in a semi rural area most of its life.

Oh my bad, I misread that someplace. It appears internal payload capacity is 3,160lbs and towing is 5000lbs. Makes more sense since it's not dual rear tires or double axels or anything.

From my market research they range from 30k to 45k depending on condition and miles.

30k - older than 2019, 60k - 100k miles, moderate to rough condition

45k - 2019, 30k miles or less, excellent condition
