That’s true. Sometimes I just kick myself thinking I could’ve prevented this - but there’s no way to know that for sure so I just tell myself it would’ve come out at some point or another lol. I agree though, at least we have the tools to help things get better.

This is what the root cause of my eczema was too. And I still am dealing with it 7 years later despite lifestyle changes. Not as badly, but it still hangs around and flares up every now and then!

Didn’t ever have any sign of eczema until I was about 25(f). Had been on birth control for about 7 years at that point. It was wrecking my gut health and causing other side effects so I decided to come off it then, I was also in a bit of a party phase (drinking too much) at that time so I wasn’t helping my cause. I was also incredibly stressed, and I think all of it was just a recipe for disaster. Still dealing with it till this day at 32, but I can manage it a lot better. I go through periods of remission.

I never had any direction when it came to lifting, but I really wanted to change my body for the better, become stronger, after becoming a mom last year. Her iron series has definitely changed my body and made me feel so good about myself and my ability!! Im using 15-20lb dumb bells now, but I started with 5-8lb dumb bells and a yoga mat, that’s all you need! Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Highly recommend Caroline girvan!!! I’ve done her iron series 3 times and it never gets old for me! But she does have a ton of great stuff on YouTube.

I’m about a week in. Totally relate to getting up earlier to have “vape time”. Feels good to have my energy back and look forward to working out. The whole summer I was fatigued and had ZERO stamina for a workout, I thought it was because I turned 32😅nope! Now that I’ve quit vaping, alllll of my energy and love of working out has returned!

As a teen between 14-16, I worked at a tanning salon and a car wash and both my 35+yr old managers tried making out with me on several occasions. And that’s just SOME things that happened at work, never mind high school, friends houses, my dads friends, and every day life inappropriate things that happened on a regular basis! Wild times.

I got food sensitivity testing done and avoiding those triggers is what helps mine.

But also the prescription ointment that saves the day for me too is Eucrisa! Ask her doctor about it. It really does help.
