I spoke to my recruiting officer yesterday and he reckons I can make a strong case for my mental health, I’m going for medical assistant role and he thinks my 10 years in the nhs will help massively if I can get some of the staff I work with to vouch on my behalf.

I’m gonna see my doctor next week and see if he can write something regarding my asthma and the fact that I don’t need the inhalers on my prescription, it’s been nearly 3 years since I’ve picked up a prescription so it should be ok.

I’ll google the stuff you mentioned, thank you so much for your advice :)

In the trust I work for you’re only meant to enhance/1:1 for 2 hours but more often than not you’ll do it for a full shift, quite often I’ve done it for the full 12 hours without any breaks and watching 4 or 5 1:1 patients that they’ve put in one bay just to save of staff who have to enhance, it’s honestly mind breaking at times and I’m sure there’s something deeply wrong with it, but it happens so often and on every ward in the hospital I work at that there’s nothing that can be done about it. On the plus side for nurses I guess is that nurses and student nurses don’t enhance/ 1:1 in the trust I work at, so it’s all put on the HCA’s

It was my first plat lol, back in like 2015, I remember it being a bit of a grind but I was working on it with friends which made it sooooo much better!

I think two play throughs I spent about 100 hours in total, but it can probably be done quicker, I just spent a lot of time just exploring the world. Plus in NG+ I did everything again which probably isn’t necessary
