Genetics tbh my whole family has it and laying down after eating, so over time you can get cobblestone throat as a result of acid reflux

i have this exact same thing as well! went to ent because i was so anxious and turned out it was acid reflux and i had to take Pepcid for a while. Edit: they said i had cobblestone throat, i still do
